
My research focuses on the development of photonics integrated circuit systems for sensing/communication applications.
The primary objective is to design and optimize the PIC that can enhance performance in next generation optical technologies. This work contributes to the advancement of cost-effective and energy-efficient technologies, as well as offer a sustainable alternative to traditional electronic components by reducing power consumption and lowering the footprint of large-scale systems. My approach primarily involves computational simulation to model and analyze the behavior of photonic systems. Then I complement this with experimental measurements to validate the simulation results.
